Malnourished, Scared, Resentful, 
He discovered That The Humans 
Who Lived In the Trees 
Lived Differently,


He Could Hear Them 
Laughing And Singing,
Later, When Something 
Lured Him From His Cave 
At Night, A Rare Event,, 
He Discovered That 
Tree People Had Fire, 
And Stayed Up All Night 
Dancing And Telling True 
Stories Of Real Events, 
Sometimes Wearing 
The Fur Of Their Meals 
To Depict How An Animal 
Gave Its Life So That They 
Could Live, 
Tree Man Revered The Earth 
And Was Entralled By Its Wonders,


In Madagascar The Fossa
Is Called The King Of The Jungle
Five Feet Long
And As Fast As A Squirrel,
A Vicious, Coordinated Killer
It Owns The Woods,
Its Only Threat Is The Universal Threat,
Loss Of Habitat Through

And Poisoning of Our Home

We Know Now That The Motives Of
The Tunnel Brain Had Little To Do
With Humanity And A Lot To Do
With Corralling Those Who Were
Better Warriors, Hunters, Growers,
Healers, Builders, Thinkers,  
Visionaries, Humans…




We Could Create Diversions,
Distractions, We Eventually
Used Inukshuks And Buffalo Jumps,
Herding Meat Into Narrow Canyons,
We Tried To Harvest and Store…


Cave Brain Was Always Ravenous,
And Most Of The Time Could Only
Catch Straggler Meat From The
Back of Slow Moving, Dopey
Herd Animals That Don’t Protect
Their Calves, Hardly Have
What It Takes To Fight
For Their Lives
When Under Attack,
And Never Gang up
On Invaders,



So Weak Through Hunger,
Having Lost Half Of His Best
Hunters And Warriors To The
Back of The Cave,



Gestation Times Almost
As Long As They Would Get
Coupled With Shrinking Broods,
Noticing More And More Stillborns,
And Living Shorter Lives Than Tree Humans…


Who Ate Meat And Fruit And Wild Veggies,
And Eggs And Birds And Fish,
Who Cleaned Ourselves And Each Other…



Tree Brain Would Leave Tree Life,
Live On The Ground In The Protection Of The Forest…


Our Tree Ancestors Thrived
Because We Could Not Help
But Work Together To Make
Our Communities Safe,


We Would Eventually Create Towns
Out in The Open With Walls And Moats



The Cave Clusters Recognized 
That They Were Going To Die Off
If They Couldn’t Figure Out A Way
To Survive,  Scarce Food
In an Ever-expanding Buffer,
Shrinking Clans Facing Extinction

We Had To Continuously Fight
To Protect Our Weaker

The Development of Functionary Cultures,
Rigid, Ranked, Rapacious, Insatiable, Unfulfilled,

Cave Brain Eventually Figured That Any Free Thinking
In His Community Was A Threat To Its Survival

And So Has Had No Problem Murdering Its own Citizens

Tree People Brought Fire From the Forests,
They Became Targets of the Malnourished Cave Brain,

Our Gestation Periods, As A Species, Were

Diminishing Sizes Of Our Litters/Broods,

Cave-Era, When More That Half Of Our Babies
Were Still And We Were Losing Mothers
At Birth...This Concerned Us Greatly,
And Replenishing The Species
Became Our Number One Priority;

Interesting That The Difficulties That Our Species Face Today
Are On Account Of Endeavors Where Humanity Was Not
And Still Is Not, A Priority At All, Acceptable Death And
Disposable Populations Prove That Industrial And Technological
Advances Have Had Little To Do With Human Progress,
And That People Who Have Lived In Human Cultures
And Communities Around The World That Had Healthy
Relationships With Humanity And The Planet Have Long
Been Targets Of Those Whose Diminished
Level Of Personal Humanity Have Continued To
Accomodate An Anti-Human/Anti-Planet Mentality...
